Hello,
There are more than 1500 pages in a space that I need to clean (I am the Space Admin). Views and last updated info is available on the 'Content manager' page. I need to consult multiple owners and then add remarks against each page to decided whether it should be archived or not.
So, please can you guide me on how do I export the information (list of all pages in a space along with owner, last edit and views) available on the 'Content manager' page?
Thanks and regards,
Meera
Hi @Meera Palange ,
Natively, there is no option to export Content Manager data. Here are a couple of feature requests for it:
As a workaround, maybe, you could use space export, for example to CSV and in the exported file you'll have content.csv file. If you would load that data, you could get information for pages such as the title, creator, last modified date...
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Tom

You may try to use Confluence Databases.
In this article, I mention how to get all the pages from the space into a database (I hope everything still works... DBs are changing fast).
Then it's a question of configuring columns and designate one for the owner information, one for text input.
(I checked Panorama by Kolekti and Pages Manager by Ricksoft, they expand on Content Manager, and neither seems to offer an export feature...)
