How can I downgrade my subscription if I don't have organization ?

I am using individual acc, but encounter popup that as us to upgrade. However we want to remove user to keep using the free account. But I'm unable to see the feature to remove the user.
When we click to change to free account, They asked me to create organization and go to billing
Is it possible to delete the user access without admin and organization ?

Hi @hanisakmal ,
You must be Site admin to Manage your users. To check if you're Site admin
To remove an user, after you select an individual user > click three dot on the top right > select Remove user
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
