How can I create multiple pages from one Master page which has multiple headings?

I have one master page which has become quite heavy and slow to load.  I would like to break this out into smaller pages.  The master page has headings defined.  Is there a way to take different heading sections and split them out without having to simply go through the whole master page and copy and paste individual heading sections into their own pages?

WHen this happens to me, I just copy the page, then delete what I don't want on the new page. It goes fairly fast. And if you plan ahead, you can delete part, copy delete part, then clean up in the end.

Sometimes brute force ends up beig the fastest to the goal.
