How can I change the name of my Home page and the icon on my confluence page?

I am trying to change the Home page name and icon on my confluence page. I have tried to follow the instructions on this site, however, I am not able to find anything that says "configuration" or "general configuration".  Please reference the picture below, I am trying to change the confluence icon and update the name RBAC25732
