I'd like to have images in the background of certain content. Or change the entire background color. I want to put our logo in the top corner or move it wherever, whenever.

Hello @Jennifer Ferreris ! As I understand, you need to change the appearance of Confluence as a whole at any given time.
This kind of modification on Confluence look and feel is not so flexible in the cloud platform. In our server environment, you might be able to personalize and alter the look and feel deeply.
