How can I change an important page title's colour in the sidebar page tree?

Hi

Is there anyway of highlighting important page titles on the sidebar page tree so they stand out? I would like to highlight the highlighted page below as it's an important place to start.

In a word, no.  Or rather maybe the new app tool Forge might enable you to do that, but you probably need to have some sort of markup in the title to give CSS rules a handle. But Forge is in Beta at this moment, so not stable or production worthy.
