How can I auto expand all issues in a Structure Macro on Confluence

We are experimenting with the Structure macro to create a management status report.  We are using Group by Epic to organize the issues and filtering on the current sprint.  We have also added a text field for users to add status comments for management.

This is all working pretty well except some users see the report collapsed on the Epics and have to click the individual epics to expand them.  We would like to assure that the structure opens expanded. We have tried making sure that the source structure in Jira is expanded, but that does not seem to make a difference.  Is there an option to force the page to open fully expanded? Why is the behavior different for different users?

Hello @james_mckean

There is no functionality in Structure Cloud for automatically expanding the levels. Users indeed need to click on parent items to expand them and then the structure's state is stored locally so the same macro's content can look differently for different users, depending on how they expanded it historically.

We have a feature in our backlog for making the expansion of levels more convenient. We will notify you here once there is any news about it.
