How can I allow anyone to use the search on bar on my platform?

thiago Cardoso September 27, 2022
My issue is that I've been receiving complaints from my colleagues and clients about the fact that everytime they try to run a search for any page on my database, they are asked to login. and we would like them to be able to just get the results of their search.
How can I allow unsigned, unlogged people to just run a search and view a page?
I've been using confluence server, by the way.

@thiago Cardoso Welcome to the Atlassian community

Search should work fine for all public spaces when a user is not logged in.    If you do not have any public spaces or documents (visible to everyone) then an individual will have to log in to search.

Hi @thiago Cardoso and welcome to the community,

Hmm.. I think that most likely the best option you've got is to allow anonymous access.
