How can I add status macro automatically each row in table

Is there any short cut key for status macro to populate.?

 

For example for date we use //

@[EXT] Rajalakshmi Vonteddu Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

On my pages, when I type /s, the Status macro is the first one that appears in the list, so I can just hit Enter at that point. 

I don't know if that's how it works for everyone, or if it just shows that way for me because I use it often. If it doesn't appear at the top for you, you can keep typing letters or locate and select it in the list.

Note that you will still need to fill in the text of the status you want to show and select a color for the lozenge.

@Barbara Szczesniak Appreciated your response. But I tried lot many times /s or /status etc. But nothing working it is staying as a text entered. What I am trying actually created a table, my requirement is when I move cursor the new empty row creating, but I am expecting status macro by default can added in one of the column. Any how I will try to explore if any other way.
