Hi all,

We started creating knowledge base articles (KBA) in our confluence pages. Recently requirement is to give reference number or key to each KBA.

How do I effectively assign a sequence number to each KBA created? Similar to project key in every Jira project.

Regards,

It sort of depends how do you need to consume this key? For example, if it is just for reference,  you could add the key as a label.

If you need it for reporting, then you should consider the page property macro, which allows you to set key-value pairs, that them can be collated in the a report on another page.
