How can I add a different link to the title of a new page? In other words, I will like to be redirected to another page when clicking the title of the new page.

This widget could not be displayed.

Unlikely; the title is like a record key in the database. You can't add icons or even include certain characters.

Give us a use case as there might be better way to accomplish what you are trying to do.
