How can I add a comment box to a space?

I am searching for a comment box that can be incorported where people e.g. can place a question

Confluence do not have a macro to add a comment box on a page. The comment permission allows users to use the inline comment (highlight the text to add a comment) or add a comment at the bottom of the page/blog post. See Comment on pages and blog posts for more information.
