Hi
I have used an external tool, Archimate, to create an interactive Architecture report in the form of a html page and sub directories, style sheets etc.
Is there a way to make this interactive web content part of a confluence space to share with the organisation? I have looked at Widget connector and HTML macro but none of those seem to more then link to a website or embed a simple html page.
I found a java script plugin for Archimate which seems to be able to publish from Archimate directly to Confluence after registering an api token. However that seems to be just a single image rather than a report and I haven't got it to work yet.
I can create the report as a pdf and embed that, but it is not interactive. If this is not possible, I will go for the pdf and run more work shops with my stakeholders.
Thank you in advance for any help or suggestions.

@Diane Swan Unless the vendor has an api to display reports you will not be able to embed the report. The cloud product is not going to allow you to embed an iframe or anything that could compromise the integrity of the application.
@Diane Swan Can you accept the answer to help others having the same issue?

I think I will end up with a combination of images from the archimate report together with a link to a website hosted on one of servers with the interactive report there.
I understand the points you have made regarding content which could compromise confluence presentation.
Thank you for your help

I came here for the exact same need.
I used Archi to create an Archimate model and export it to an HTML based report. This creates a directory with as far as I can tell standard HTML, CSS and Javascript files in subdirectories.
I'd like to make this available from within Confluence.
I'm amazed it is not possible to import the report or embed it.
I gather there may be some plugins that will allow this?

The only way I have found to deal with this is either to just insert the pdf output from Archi. or set up a local network server to host the Archi interactive web report and then link to it from confluence.
