I'm trying to export a PowerPoint presentation I made into Gliffy 
is there a way to do that

You could import the slides individually as images. Here's Gliffy's documentation for how to do that.

Are you trying to make each slide its own Gliffy diagram, or have all the slides together in one Gliffy diagram?

Both, some of them in one diagram, other slides in separate Gliffy diagrams
