Horizontal Navigation Bar not working?

Hello! I have searched for a more private way to ask about this to Confluence admins, but cannot find a more direct route, so I will post this here: I am working in a Confluence space and the Horizontal Navigation Bar macro is not working for me today. It was working as expected yesterday, but it simply does not post a clickable menu now. I'm relying on the same documentation as I was yesterday when this was working: https://docs.adaptavist.com/cfm4cs/latest/content-formatting-macros/horizontal-navigation

When I try to report this as a bug here: https://support.atlassian.com/contact/#/

I'm not allowed to enter in a question because my organization doesn't use any of the Cloud products...why should this matter though? 

Anyway, this is my issue, sorry if this is the incorrect way to post about this!

This macro is now working for me -- please ignore this q (I'd just delete the original question, but I don't see an option for doing that, even signed into my account)
