Help me break out of the "Getting Started with Confluence" Loop

I just activated the trail for Confluence Standard and I'm stuck in a stupid loop that is annoying me enough to spend time opening this question here.

On every page load (and I do mean every page load) I get the Getting Started video that pops up in the lower right corner.

Naturally, I dismiss this by clicking the "x". Immediately an additional pop up occurs at the top to inform me that if I wanted to watch the video I can always access it here. Annoying, but okay. I click "Got it". 

Then, I receive another one (yes, another one) to inform me I don't have billing setup yet. 

I have dismissed this with the "Maybe later" option several times. Then, after repeated barrages of pop-ups, I thought to myself, "Maybe this will all go away if I just enter some billing details". 

So that's what I attempted to do. But, alas, I cannot do such a thing because the page cannot be found.

And guess what... to add insult-to-injury I receive the Getting Started video pop-up again! I feel like I'm being trolled here.

What is going on and how do I stop this insanity?

And before you reply with the level-1 troubleshooting steps please know that I have tried everything. Just so you have confidence in me, here are my steps I've taken:

• Signing out / back in of Atlassian
• Clearing my browser cache
• Tried several different browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox)
• Tried several Incognito/InPrivate sessions of said browsers
• Unnecessary but whatever, I rebooted my computer
• I even untied my left shoelace and attempted it all from the start

Please, make it stop.

@Jeremiah there is currently not a way to turn those off in the tips in cloud.  My guess is even if there was the payment one would always appear during the trial period.
