I work for an organisation that has 8 spaces with content being viewed internally and some externally via permissions.
I wanted to know if there is a way to check links that are embedded in text as per test below.
I want to ensure that there are no broken links etc within the confluence pages.
Hi @Clare Morey,
We have a free app on the Atlassian Marketplace called Link Management for Confluence which lets you find all hyperlinks in a given Confluence space. And if you find a link that's broken, it also lets you replace the broken link on all pages the link appears on with one single click!
Would love to hear your thoughts! :)
Cheers,
Sven
That's looking cool and more than that, insanely useful.

@Sven Schatter _Lively Apps_ We have an enterprise account. How do I use the link management app on the Confluence cloud?

@Clare Morey Were you able to use the Link Management for Confluence on your confluence cloud account?

Confluence Cloud only; what a shame, as this would be really useful for Data Center.

Hi @Clare Morey
My team made an app for checking the quality of individual pages as you work on them. You can set up all sorts of content checking rules.
One of the rules in the app checks all the links in the page to ensure they're still good.

Hi @Clare Morey welcome to the Atlassian community.
That's an interesting query and I'm eager to see the responses. I don't think we can search for hyperlinks though.

this is true. i need to find all links to an external web application in confluence and cannot find the embedded links to update. now its a manual search or search for link text only and hope I find the right one. i am surprised there is no search option for search to go through the HTML.
