Hello, When i copy pages, there is no link in the copy complete message, and copy is not successful

I want to copy pages(structure) from one location to another location within the same space. But when I click Copy of the root page, select a Parent Page, select Include child pages, input a prefix in Start titles with, and Labels,Attached files and Restrictions are selected with default, and finally click Copy. The is a "Copy complete" message but without any link. Meanwhile, the pages are not copied to the designation location. I have the copy permission. I can copy the single page. Pls help.

hello, was there a solution to this? I have exactly the same phenomenon as described here but in the version data center 8.5.11.
Copy page with subpages and attachments, copy completed message, but no link to the copied pages. In addition, no pages are created. User has all required rights in the area. However, copying works with the global admin user.
Any Ideas?

If that is true, I believe that reaching out to them would be the best approach:

However, since this is not completely clear to me, allow me to ask a few questions:

1. What happens if you manually navigate to the page where you moved the page?
2. Are you moving the pages into the root page of your space or another page?

Thanks for your information. For your questions:

1. What happens if you manually navigate to the page where you moved the page?- No pages have been copied there.
2. Are you moving the pages into the root page of your space or another page?- Both are not successful. It seems that I can not copy pages to any place including the same parent page. But I can copy single page to any place.

According to your response, do you mean Copy Page Tree is an additional function of Confluence that we need to buy and install first?
