Hi,
Does anyone have an example or use case that they have used the new Public Link feature? Looking to see a live example of it.
Hi @Katie Egan
You have 2 options:
Such apps come in two approaches.
The obvious advantage of apps is that you control both the content AND the structure of your KB. With more advanced apps, you can deploy analytics, chatbots, etc.
Spacecraft is a free app and I'm now using it build my private site.
At work, we're using Scroll Viewport.

@Katie Egan Welcome to the Atlassian community
Are you trying to expose a lot of pages publicly? If the answer is yes public links would take a lot of work to make that possible. If for instance, you want to have a public knowledge base then you should use anonymous access https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/make-a-space-public/ Public links is really to share single pages https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/share-content-externally-with-public-links/

Hey @Brant Schroeder thanks for getting back to me so quickly!
I am trying to launch a customer-facing knowledge base, yes. Currently, trying to pitch the tool internally and was wondering if there are any public examples/use cases of other Atlassian customers that I could share as an example to get buy-in.
