HTML NAVBAR... Why does it have a scroll bar and how do I get rid of it.

I created a navbar. Look and feel are perfect.  I can't figure out why it has a scrollbar under it when I include page to the home it should reside.  Any html experts out there that can tell me where to look and what to change so that the scrollbar goes away?  I can't share code (company policy and all) .  Thank you

Can you give us a little more detail on how you created the navbar?

I actually found the answer.  In my case, using html to create the navbar I had to place the html macro INSIDE an excerpt macro and the scroll bar disappeared.  Hope this helps others as Atlassian has said it was an include issue.
