I am currently using Confluence 7.17.4 with Gliffy Diagram plugin 9.7.1 . When I click on the Gliffy Configuration I get a 'URL does not match ' pop up notification .It returns the URL with 'undefined' appended at the end .
Hi Amy, this issue is in our backlog as a low priority. Since it isn't impacting the use of Gliffy, I will review it's current state and prioritize accordingly.

I don't understand how this can be low priority, it ABSOLUTELY impacts the use of Gliffy.
This plugin includes a feature to bulk convert LucidChart diagrams to Gliffy, and it starts with scanning the instance to find the diagrams.
When this error is present, the tool comes back and says we have ZERO Lucid diagrams, presumably because the tool is failing to resolve the BASEURL correctly, and cannot find any of the charts in our instance.
This is actually a major blocker for us in retiring Lucid, and could result in us choosing to stick with Lucid and retire Gliffy instead.

Hi Jeff! Thank you for bringing this back up. If you haven't yet, please feel free to email our support team at support@gliffy.com for assistance.
Our support lead was able to provide me with some additional context on the issue you're facing:
The "URL does not match message" is not preventing the batch converter from finding the diagrams. The problem is occurring because the properties on the LucidChart Diagram Attachment are not set correctly, so the converter does not recognize the attachment as a LucidChart diagram.
To resolve the problem the attachment properties must be edited and the following values set:
- New Content Type Field value = application/vnd.lucid.confluence-onprem
- Label Field = lucidchart
If you need further assistance, please work with our support team! Have a great weekend!!

Thank you for the response. I find it odd that all the Lucid's were created the default way, and that all of them are considered "wrong" for your bulk tool. Having to go manually add meta data to all of the Lucid diagrams in order for your tool to find them kind of defeats the purpose of the tool. In my opinion, your tool should find the charts by the macro name or some other default meta data that would exist by default for all embedded diagrams, otherwise it's not exactly as easy to convert as the docs/product features make it seem.

Did this ever get fixed @Charlie Ealy?
This still seems to be an issue with Gliffy after updating our service URL the old URL still appears to be registered somewhere.
