Getting error while uploading images files in Confluence page

Hi,

I am confluence admin and i am getting error while uploading images files in Confluence page. I click on edit page and click on Insert files and images. When i attach text file there is no issue but when i upload a png or jpg file i am getting error : You are not permitted to perform this operation". Getting same error while directly uploading files in attachments of the page.

Please help how to resolve this issue.

You will need to confirm that you have permissions for "attachments".

yes i have all permissions
