Getting error while creating access token - "invalid_grant"

I've followed this documentation to create a test environment - https://jira.optaintel.ca/confluence/display/OSSWD/8.2.+Postman

But I'm not able to create the access token.

Error:

    "error": "invalid_grant",

    "error_description": "Offline user session not found"

}

what does this error mean ? And how to resolve it?

Additional: I also need if we can generate this token using python ?

Welcome to the Community!!

It seems like you are referring to your internal confluence Instance link. Can you just try with username and password and let me know the result?
