Getting a 404 when trying to access an image address copied from a Confluence table

Scenario: In Chrome, as User A when I copy an image URL by right-clicking the image and selecting copy image address, then paste that URL into another browser where I am also logged in as User A, I get a 404:

results in the following 404:

Any ideas please?

Also, please let me know if the options 2 works.

Additionally, apparently there is an incident occurring right now according to Atlassian:

I strongly recommend checking the Atlassian Status here  or opening a support ticket with Atlassian Support in case the error remains for the next 10 minutes.

Thank you for your quick reply.

Option 2 (minus blob: prefix) results in the same 404.

I am able to still access our Confluence site, so I will have our support desk raise a ticket with Atlassian.
