Getting 'Forge runtime not defined' error

Getting below error when use storage.set(req.key, req.value) of @Forge/api

Error: Forge runtime not found.

at o (runtime.js:9:15)
at r.getContextAri [as getAppContextAri] (fetch-and-storage.js:15:39)
at r.GlobalStorage.doGetAppContextAri (global-storage.js:34:67)
at r.GlobalStorage.set (global-storage.js:68:67)
