Hi @Lara Cabrera MSA ,
There is no such feature in Confluence out-of-the-box. But if you are open to 3rd party apps, we can suggest trying the Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence app that we develop.
Its Table Spreadsheet macro supports all the basic Excel-like features: filters, dropdown lists, cell formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, etc.
If you are not familiar with the app, please book a live call with our team - we'll be able to discuss your use cases and show possible solutions.

Hi @Lara Cabrera MSA , did you find a solution or good add-on for this? I'm looking for the same thing.

I’d like to suggest our other app, Handy Macros for Confluence Cloud.
With Handy Macros, you can create custom status sets and use them within tables, allowing you to update statuses with a single click directly in the page view.
Furthermore, you can build upon Handy Status functionality with the label synchronization feature and enhance your status management with the support of Page Properties and Page Properties Report macros.
You can explore Handy Macros for Confluence for free on the Atlassian Marketplace.
Let me know if you have any questions! I would be glad to showcase our app at a quick demo!
Best regards,
Dmitriy
