The Addon doesen't work in trough our Web Gateway.

Question: which URL is needed to pass our Web Gateway? (it's: https://prod.gantt-chart-confluence.com/?)

This is the Error from the Addon: "App is not responding. Wait or cancel?"

And is "Blocked by URL Filter Database" if I use this URL: it's: https://prod.gantt-chart-confluence.com/

Yes, all resources and APIs of the app are hosted at https://prod.gantt-chart-confluence.com.
You need to be able to access the domain via your browser.

Accessing https://prod.gantt-chart-confluence.com with your browser returns json response like the below if you can access the domain.
