Formatting new line in a spreadsheet

Hello everyone !

I'm using confluence since many month as a client, today as an creator !.

My first creation is .... a spreadsheet ( a list) for multi user (ok ok, i'm beginner). No so difficult BUT, for improve design and efficacity i have two questions :

- Could i  define a test_align_parameter for each coloums ?

Actually, for each line created, i select it and do "text_align > center". I 'm sur there is tips.

- Second things, i would to add a status for each line.

For each line created, status "no (red color", status upgradable to "yes ( green)". Actualy, i add status manually ( add macro->status). Same reflexion, i'm sure, a tips exist.

There is one more option, you can create the details in the excel sheet outside the confluence and then you can upload it to the confluence, after that you can make the required changes, we used this option so many times, this saves our time.
