Force Priority for Templates

I have titled this force priority for templates. Let me explain. We have a bunch of templates, some out of the box, some inhouse. When we hit the launch from template button the 3 dots ... beside create, we get a window showing us all the templates. In our Spaces we can promote those templates we wanna see at the top for that Space alone. But in General, for Global wiki we don't seem to be able to get the house templates rise about the other templates available. 

How can I force my New document template, on the global wiki to be seen before any other template?
