Filtering "Page Properties Report" by column values in Page properties macro

There feels like there should be a solution to this problem in how I filter the Page Properties Report but I can't find it.

I have a Page Properties Report pulling pages using the standard DACI template.  Is there a way to filter the report by one of the values on the DACI page?  IE, so that the report only shows pages that have their status as "Undecided", or their Impact as "High"

Thank you, took a bit of playing around but looks like adding pipes around the row title makes it possible to search for that string.  More brute forcing then I would like but oh well.

Now to figure out how to search for the pages at the intersection of two tags (exclusive not additive grouping)
