File folder creation

Could someone help/advise me on creating a file folders in confluence page?

Hi @Azaan sheriff welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Out-of-the box, attachments are not stored in folders on/in a Confluence page/space.

Paid third-party app Smart Attachments for Confluence does provide this feature.
