Fetch data from zephyr to confluence?

Hi All 

First time posting a question in here, so be gentle ;) 

Is it possible to fetch test execution data automatically from Zephyr, and post it to a Confluence page? As for now we are doing it manually, but there has to be a smarter way to do this? 

I have done a lot of googe'in, but did not find the answer, so I wanted to try in here, as it should not be an imposible task :)

If we wanted to procure Zephyr plugin for JIRA, please guide us steps on how to procure and quote for the same.(Currently we have JIRA subscription for 200 users).
