"Result code hung" almost always means you've got a problem with a broken browser or a broken network.

What happens when you try visiting the page with a standard compliant browser such as Chrome or Firefox (or their variants)?

Only a particular page shows this error. The other confluence pages work fine!

Ok, so there's something on the page that is causing your browser to fail.

You'll need to read (by another method) or edit the page to find out what it is.

Try

  • using wget or curl to fetch the page out as plain text
  • Include the page in another page, in another space, to check if it's just the content that is a problem
  • If you can work out the id of the broken page, you can jump straight into edit mode via the url.
  • If the edit button actually renders before the error occurs, you might get to it that way too
