Fading out Space Settings

Hi all, I search for a function to fading out the Space Settings with or in Sidebar configutarion. Überblick, Blog and Calendars can be disable but "Space Settings" can't disable.

Andreas,

You're able to see Space Setting  because you're the admin. If you remove yourself as an admin, Space Settings will not be available.

This is not the case when you have a space with Anonymous access. Space Settings really should not be available to anonymous users as it shows email addresses, administrators, and other user names - not to mention orphaned pages, etc. How can we remove this from Spaces with Anonymous access allowed?
