I would like to embed videos in our Confluence pages.

Currently the videos are hosted on screencast-o-matic.com (great product by the way)

I have not had any luck using the external content macro. Perhaps there is some other method or the external macro is not compatible with screencast.

Embed

<iframe width=1024 height=608 frameborder="0" scrolling="no" src="http://screencast-o-matic.com/embed?sc=cIhQoXVO47&w=1024&v=3"></iframe>

Any suggestion would be apperciated.

Unfortunately because I am using On Demand I can't use this plugin. Also I am using screencast-o-matic.com which is different than screencast.com so it doesn't support my site. I may just end up uploading them to YouTube. Thank for the suggestion.

Oh, I wasn't aware that your Confluence is OnDemand. Then yes, you can not install any plugins, since all supoprted plugins are already installed.

Widget Connector macro supports Youtube, so that'll work.
