When exporting a confluence page into a PDF, embedded LeanIX diagrams are not coming up in PDF. Is there a way to it?
Hi @Vikash Kumar and welcome to the community,
Are you using an app like this one? https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1219909/leanix-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud
Yes, we have LeanIX diagram embedded in our confluence page. But when I export in PDF, diagram does not come up at all

Have you customized your pdf export in any way?

Can you try to add a diagram in another space and then try to export it?
In addition, are you trying to export a single page, or the whole space?

Now it seems exported PDF has login of the app which has diagram instead of the diagram on confluence page. Any help guys?

@Vikash Kumar sorry for the late reply. For the login session, I would do what it says. Can't really tell what is the standard logging off time between sessions for this app and how it is connected from confluence to the other platform.

Thanks Alex. I am actually logged in when I am exporting into PDF. So, it should export what I have in my page/session.

@Vikash Kumar I'm sorry but I'm out of ideas. I would contact directly the vendor. And if they can't reply then I would raise a request to Atlassian directly at https://support.atlassian.com/contact

Hi @Alex Koxaras _Relational_ , Have you heard back from the vendor? One point to note - if I right click on the page and do save as PDF, it shows the diagrams. But when I use the export function, it do not show anything, just the login icon. Hope this helps in the resolution/discussion

@Vikash Kumar sorry for the confusion. By "I would contact directly the vendor" I meant that you should contact directly the vendor. Not me :)
