I am trying to enable a "Push" button on my confluence pages that, when clicked, will trigger a process that creates a new note in productboard with the necessary content.

As I understand, you need to integrate Confluence and ProductBoard so you can create triggers in Confluence to create content in ProductBoard.
Currently, the only integration between ProductBoard and Atlassian Products that the ProductBoard offers is for Jira:

There are third party options that might be able to create a trigger in a manner that fits your needs. An example of that is Zappier:
