Hi @James Baer - PDF Export won't be adding comments in it - you have to try with a market place plug in.

I stumbled onto a solution without a plug in. When printing a confluence page from a browser, use the browsers settings and check "Background Graphics" and Margins = None. This has worked on Chrome and Edge. It's not perfect, but it's free.
