Dear all,
when trying to export on of our spaces (https://vdali.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/doexportspace.action?key=KIDT) we receive the message "There was an error in the export. Please check your log files", For log files of cloud versions you recommend the support. Here I am.
And another successful export delivered a zip file that was reported by my Windows 11 system as "ungültig" (=invalid or inoperative).
Also here any help is welcome. I exported many spaces from the server version, these problems now are now. Any ideas?

I've never experienced this issue in the cloud platform. I'd maybe suggest reaching out Atlassian Support and giving them access to your site to try to replicate the issue. Support team usually has access to more information/logs so they can probably debug this quickly.
