Export space - as PDF no space between logo and body text

I do not succeed in getting a margin between the logo and the body text on an export space. On a single page export to PDF it's fine!
Any tips, already read the knowledge base article and tried several changes without any luck.

Maybe add extra space on the image (if you can't get it to work with margin).

Indeed, that's a possible workaround.
On single page it works just fine!
It only occurs on export of complete space. Everything else like footer, page nr, etc works fine.
