Hello,
I need to export only certain content from my confluence site.
I have version 7.13.2. I am not looking to export the whole site, but only relevant parts of it.
How can this be acheived?
Josh
You probably want to do a bit of re-arranging before you do this, as it only works at a space level, but...
Choose a space to work with, go to space-settings -> manage space -> export space and select the type of export you want.
This will then offer you "Full" or "Custom". If you choose Custom, it will ask a few more questions, but the main thing is that it will show you the whole page tree for the space.
You can deselect the pages (and their child pages) that you do not want to export in there!
How do I get to space settings?
Sorry for the noob question

Thank you so much

There are apps that offer "partial" exports, smaller than a whole space!
I know about these 2 at least:
(You didn't mention the format, so I assume you're looking for PDF.)

This does NOT in fact work. I have tried TWICE to export just one section of a Space (re-ran it to VERIFY I selected just one section), yet Confluence exports the ENTIRE Space anyway.

Confirming partial space PDF export is currently broken and always exports the entire space. This is critical and quite absurd to be broken in this way for more than a brief period.
Is anyone else experiencing this? I hope we can raise awareness and get this fixed, as exporting multi-page spaces / subspaces as a public document is not viable either - we build documentation in multiple pages and need to export the whole thing; HTML exports generate multiple poorly formatted files and we need some documentation to be sent in a static format...

@Jordan Henderson @Daniel Wal if Content Exporter is not working for you, you can reach out to the support using one of their channels (if you haven't already): https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/4909/content-exporter-word-pdf-html?hosting=cloud&tab=support

This is actually an issue with the native built in content exporter - not an app - but thanks for posting!
