I want to export v. 12 as a PDF; however, Confluence exports CURRENT v.15 instead. Can only the current page version be exported as PDF?

@gallagheran

It doesn't look like it. I tried viewing a prior version of a page and then exporting and that didn't do it.

You could revert to a previous version and then export. After that you'd want to go revert it back to the latest version.

Hi @gallagheran , welcome.

  1. Restore version 12 - it becomes the latest version.
  2. Export the page to pdf.
  3. Restore version 15.
  4. Delete the version that was created by restoring v12.

When restoring an older version, you can add a comment as to why you're doing this, the default is Reverted from v. N

Here, I restored V1.

TY all for your replies.

FWIW, this is another approach discovered by a colleague.... Use the Print command in your browser and set the Printer to Adobe PDF

  1. Select the version you want: In the Page History, click the version number.
  2. Use the Print command in your browser: In Edge, select Print. In the Printer drop-down, select Adobe PDF.

    use browser print to adobe pdf.JPG

  3. Click Print to generate the PDF. The generated PDF includes the print date and time at the top of the page and the version # in the footer.

use browser print to adobe pdf-footer.JPG
