Hello,
We have two confluence account, and we have decided to consolidate and use only one going forward. I was wondering if there's a way to move confluence data from one atlassian cloud account to another existing account. Both the accounts has data in it. We don't want to lose any existing data.
I came across the above link, however, in the step 1 it says "The import will remove all data on your destination site, including content, users, and groups".
What is the safe way to export the data from one atlassian cloud account to another atlassian cloud account.
Hi @[deleted]
Did you see this page: https://confluence.atlassian.com/confcloud/import-a-confluence-space-724765531.html
You should Export the space content from the source Confluence Cloud site and then Import the space content to the destination site.
To Export Space content go here:
https://<yoursitename>.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/exportspacewelcome.action?key=<space-key>
and export space xontent with XML format. then go here:
https://<yoursitename>.atlassian.net/wiki/admin/importspace/importconfluencespace.action
and upload and import it.
The only problem is about users& groups and permissions and you have to define it again.
