Hello everyone,

Was wondering if someone knew how we could export a list of Article Titles and Page Links for a single Confluence space?

Exporting the space doesnt give us that information.

Thanks!

Hi @Christian Angulo and welcome

Go to:

  1. Space Settings -> Manage Content - Reorder
  2. Expand all parent pages
  3. Select all (like you would any text on a website)
  4. Copy
  5. Paste into a spreadsheet editor

or

  1. Space Settings -> Manage space -> Export space
  2. Select HTML, click next.
  3. Select what to export
  4. Select all.
  5. Copy
  6. Paste into a spreadsheet editor.

Chances are there are apps that create a table/database with that.

Also, you can use an in-between in the form of Confluence Databases, create a more sophisticated DB with links and other details and just export it again. I outline the process in my article here.

Hope this helps :)

You could create a page and put the Child pages (Children Display) macro on it. configure it to show all child pages and display titles of the space in question.  This will create a list of links with the titles as the link text of all pages in that space, which you can then export.
