Hi, so i do have a jira instance running since two years with under 20 users. Now I want 10 of them get access to confluence on demand that i activated today.
So how to I allow my jira users to access confluence with the same login credentials that they are using to log in to jira?
Hi, Alex!
If JIRA and Confluence run on the same instance (the same base URL), both applications already share the same user base.
You just need to set Confluence's permissions now (global level and space level) and give Confluence application access to the desired users.
I strongly suggest you to read the following:
The above documentations have detailed step-by-step instructions on how you can set the applications to achieve your goal.
Best regards,
Felipe
