Hello everyone! The app Excel-like Tables for Confluence - Spreadsheet and Chart cannot be activated on our customer's Confluence. Downloading and licensing works, but as soon as the app should be activated and you click on the button, an error follows.

Does anyone have an idea what this might be?

What is the error? Message? Screenshot?

Hello :)

Just when our customer wanted to take screenshots of it, he said that it worked now after all and the app could be installed. However, he could not explain why it now worked all of a sudden.

The case has basically cleared up on its own.
Thanks anyway for the help :)
