Hi @Pooja Kotagi ,

If you are open to 3rd party apps, we can suggest trying the app that we develop - Table Filter, Charts & Spreadsheets for Confluence.

Besides amplifying manually created and macro generated (such as Jira Issues) tables with filtration, aggregation, and calculations, we also provide a spreadsheet family that can help you to work in Excel-like style right in Confluence.

All the main Excel features (filters, cell formulas, conditional formatting, pivot tables, etc.) are available. The spreadsheet can be edited by several people simultaneously both from the page view and page edit mode.

Hi @Pooja Kotagi

Alternativelly, you can try embedding a cloud version of the spreadsheet as in iframe (using Confluence's native iframe macro).

That definitely works with Google Sheets - providing the permissions in Confluence and Google docs are set up correctly for individual users.

Hi @Pooja Kotagi and welcome to the Community,

you will need a Marketplace to do that.

Some are more general and allow loading Sharepoint/OneDrive files, others are more Excel-specific. Check out Search Results | Atlassian Marketplace
