Hellow,
Did someone found a solution about this pluging with clicable links not clicable out of the editing mode?
Thanks a lot
Hi @Jennifer Jaume ,
It seems like your question might be referencing an issue or a plugin related to clickable links in Confluence Cloud, but the details are somewhat unclear. If you're experiencing an issue where links are not clickable outside of editing mode in Confluence Cloud or if it's related to a specific plugin, here are some general steps you can take:
1] Check Permissions:
Ensure that users have the necessary permissions to view and interact with the content. Sometimes, restricted permissions can affect link functionality.
2] Browser Issues:
Check if the issue persists across different browsers. Sometimes, browser extensions or settings can impact link behavior.
3] Link Format:
Verify that the links are in the correct format. They should begin with the appropriate protocol (e.g., http:// or https:// for web links).
4] Rich Text Macros or Apps:
If you're using any macros or apps that modify the behavior of links, consider reviewing their settings or documentation to ensure proper functionality.
5] Confluence Updates:
Make sure that your Confluence instance is up-to-date with the latest version. Sometimes, updating Confluence can resolve compatibility issues.
6] Plugin Updates:
If the issue is related to a specific plugin, check if there are updates available for that plugin. Plugin developers often release updates to address compatibility issues.
7] Support or Documentation:
Refer to the documentation or support resources provided by the plugin or app in question; there may be specific instructions or known issues documented there.
8] Raise a Support Ticket:
If the issue persists and you cannot find a solution, consider reaching out to Atlassian Support or contacting support channels for assistance.
Hope it will help!

RMahajan
I am not the original asker, but I am having the same issue. The question is specific to the Excalidraw macro. The macro has the ability to add links, but the links do not work outside of edit mode so they are useless.
