I don't find any good information about this problem. The pictures upload is working fine. But if I like upload any other file I got this error.
Can anyone help me?
Hello,
I believe you might have run into this bug:
The cause of this issue is generally that your server is missing a font. If you look at your Confluence server logs, it should tell you the font that is missing and needs to be installed.
It may also be due to an incorrect reverse proxy configuration. If you can replicate the issue outside of your proxy, then you may want to have a look at Securing your Atlassian applications with Apache using SSL.

Shannon
Dear Shannon,
Thanks your answer!
I Can't find any font problem under logs, just this:
"Unnecessary error produced when one saves Office Connector config via the admin panel!"
We use confluence only our local network, so I think so we don't need any proxy configuration.
We use Jira and Confluence on macOS 10.12.6.
Have you any other idea for our problem?
Thank You very much!
Best,
Laci

Laci,
You saw the words "Unnecessary error produced when one saves Office Connector config via the admin panel!" in your log file, or are you saying that you saw the error message from the bug ticket below?
The error mentioned there is this:
2011-03-10 09:26:36,305 ERROR [http-8080-1] [com.benryan.components.DefaultOcSettingsManager] <init> No directory specified in the properties file. -- referer: http://paulaner:8080/admin/console.action | url: /admin/worddav/adminword.action | userName: admin | action: adminword
Can you confirm if that's the error you saw in your logs?
If so, could you include the following information:
At this time, it does not appear there is a workaround.
I also wanted to mention, macOS is fine to use for a staging instance, but once you are ready to move this instance to production, you will want to do so on either a Linux or Windows server.
At this state, I would recommend migrating to a supported server. Once completed, can you let us know if you still encounter the problem there?
Regards,
Shannon
