Error draw.io configuration

Hy, I got an error on the configuration site of draw.io.

I installed draw.io on several free accounts but I get always the same error.

I can create a draw element but when I will put it to an article I get an error. The draw element will not found.

I think it is a problem with the space configuration.

It was a problem with Kaspersky firewall...

"Yes, Kaspersky anti-virus has started blocking the domains api.media.atlassian.com and media.atlassian.com.

In case you’d like to continue to use the anti-virus, you can manually allow these domains. This should help."
